Rural Revitalization Through Cultural Poverty Alleviation:A Tentative Analytical Framework

文化扶贫与乡村振兴都是解决“三农”问题的重要抓手和关键落脚点。在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的背景下,亟需探索文化扶贫与乡村振兴的内在逻辑,搭建系统性的研究框架。基于耦合理论的研究视角,文化扶贫与乡村振兴在参与主体、资源依赖、发展着力点与依托路径等方面存在诸多耦合基础,进而从理论构建、实证研究、路径设计与政策保障、研究方法层面设计出文化扶贫与乡村振兴耦合发展的分析框架,以期为文化扶贫与乡村振兴的研究提供理论指导。

Cultural poverty alleviation and rural revitalization are both important starting points and key footholds for solving the“Three Rural Issues”(agriculture,rural areas and farmers).Under the background of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and their effective connection to rural revitalization,it is urgent to explore the internal logic of cultural poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and build a systematic research framework.Based on the research perspective of coupling theory,there are many coupling relations between cultural poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in terms of participants,resources,development focus,support path,etc.The analysis framework of coupling development between cultural poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is designed from the levels of theoretical construction,empirical research,path design and policy guarantee,and research methods,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the study of cultural poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
