党领导下中西医结合精神卫生事业的发展

Development of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Mental Health under Leadership of Communist Party of China

建党100周年以来,在党的坚强领导下,我国的卫生健康事业取得了长足的进步。进入新时代,人民群众对健康生活有了更高的期盼,党对卫生健康事业也有了新的要求,突出以预防为主、中西医并重,推动中医和西医相互协调发展。在各项卫生健康元素中,精神健康近年来越来越受到普遍关注,精神疾病已成为仅次于癌症的高发疾病,成为重要的公共卫生健康问题之一。现回顾中西医结合精神病学的发展历程,总结中医和西医在治疗精神疾病中的问题与探索,深化对中西医结合精神病学研究必要性的认识,以期为丰富精神病学理论、提高临床疗效与科研工作水平做出贡献。

During the 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),under the strong leadership of the CPC,China′s health cause has made considerable progress.Entering the new era,the people have higher expectations for a healthy life,and the CPC also has new requirements for the cause of health,which highlight the focus on prevention and are paying equal attention to both traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine,so as to promote the coordinated development of TCM and western medicine.Among various health elements,mental health has been attracting more and more attention in recent years.Mental disease has become a high incidence disease second only to cancer,and one of the important public health problems.Here reviews the development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine psychiatry,briefly summarizes the problems and exploration of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of mental diseases,and deepens the understanding of the necessity of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine psychiatry research,in order to contribute to enriching the psychiatry theory,as well as improving the clinical curative effect and scientific research level.
