摘要 低分子肝素(LMWH)具有多种药理作用,包括抗凝、抗血栓、抗炎、免疫调节、抗肿瘤及降脂等,目前已广泛应用于生殖医学领域中抗磷脂综合征、血栓前状态及自身免疫性疾病的治疗,而在反复种植失败、反复生化妊娠及早期复发性流产等不良妊娠结局(APO)改善方面尚缺乏充足的数据支持。此外,既往对于APO的研究多局限于其相关影响因素及LMWH防治妊娠中晚期APO,尚缺乏改善早期APO方面的文献报道。因此,未来需对LMWH改善早期APO进行深入研究。 Low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)has a variety of pharmacological effects,including anticoagulation,antithrombotic,anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,anti-tumor,and lipid-lowering effect,which has been widely used in reproductive medicine to treat antiphospholipid syndrome,prethrombotic states and autoimmune diseases.However,there is a lack of sufficient data to support the improvement of adverse pregnancy outcomes(APO),such as recurrent implantation failure,recurrent biochemical pregnancy and early recurrent spontaneous abortion.In addition,previous studies on APO were limited to its related factors and LMWH for the prevention and treatment of APO in the second and third trimester of pregnancy,and there is a lack of literature on improving early APO.Therefore,the improvement of early APO by LMWH should be further studied in the future.
