文章针对新工科建设中地方农业院校如何培养适合新经济发展需要的农业水利工程应用型人才问题,在剖析当前地方农业院校农业水利工程专业人才培养不足之处的基础上,提出了地方农业院校农业水利工程专业人才培养方案的优化路径。

In this paper,Jiangxi Agricultural University was selected as an example,and the shortcomings of talent training plan for agricultural water conservancy engineering in local agricultural university were analyzed from the perspective of"New Engineering Construction".Therefore,optimization path of talent training plan for agricultural water conservancy engineering were established,the measurements were including optimizing curriculum setting,connecting personnel cultivating program with postgraduate entrance examination,and strengthening students'professional ability in software application.
