中国农业全要素生产率测算及其时空差异分析--基于碳汇视角的再检验

Measurement of Total Factor Productivity of Agriculture in China and Analysis of Its Temporal and Spatial Differences:Retesting from the Perspective of Carbon Sink

基于2007—2017年中国大陆30个省份的农业生产(不包括西藏和港澳台地区)面板数据,采用DEAMalmquist模型、探索性数据分析(ESDA)方法对中国农业全要素生产率(TFP)分三个阶段进行检验,并分析各省份农业TFP的时间演变特征及空间异质性。结果显示:(1)与不考虑环境因素和考虑环境因素得出的农业TFP相比,考虑农业碳吸收量得出的农业TFP更精确。(2)中国农业TFP在时间维度和空间区域上差异明显且存在较强的空间相关性。(3)农业技术进步是中国农业TFP增长的主要驱动因素,而技术效率保持稳定态势,对农业TFP增长的贡献度有限。

Based on agricultural production in China’s 30 provinces in 2007-2017(not including Tibet and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions)panel data,using DEA-Malmquist model,exploratory data analysis(ESDA)method for Chinese agricultural total factor productivity(TFP)test in three stages,the paper analyzes the provinces agricultural TFP time evolution characteristics and spatial heterogeneity.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the agricultural TFP obtained without considering environmental factors and environmental factors,the agricultural TFP obtained with considering the amount of agricultural carbon absorption was more accurate.(2)China’s agricultural TFP in the time dimension and spatial region of obvious differences and strong spatial correlation.(3)Agricultural technological progress is the main driving factor of agricultural TFP growth in China,while technical efficiency remains stable,and its contribution to agricultural TFP growth is limited.
