摘要
针对山西汾西中兴煤业有限责任公司中兴高瓦斯矿1413综采工作面停采后,采空区CO体积分数持续超限、采空区自然发火问题,经过分析得出采空区上覆煤岩破碎形成漏风裂隙、瓦斯抽采加剧漏风是导致采空区火源无法熄灭的主要原因。为了解决瓦斯与火共存条件下火区治理难题,采用采空区建立网状监测系统、综合抑爆与高效综合火区治理措施,即布置网状测温测气系统实时监测火区,应用降氧惰化技术快速使火区失爆、通过调压控风技术减少采空区漏风、采用喷注堵漏封堵漏风通道、实压注吸能高水灭火材料续降低火区温度。结果表明:1413综采工作面均压密闭内外压差均小于15 Pa,采空区CO和O_(2)体积分数降至正常水平,CH_(4)体积分数均低于5%,温度始终低于25℃,最终实现1413工作面采空区火区的彻底熄灭,保障了中兴煤矿的正常安全生产。
Aiming at the problem that the CO concentration continues to exceed the limit and spontaneous combustion in the goaf after the 1413 fully mechanized mining face of Zhongxing high gas mine of Shanxi Fenxi Zhongxing Coal Industry Company has stopped mining,through analysis,it is concluded that the overlying coal rock in the goaf is broken to form air leakage fissures and the increased air leakage due to gas drainage are the main reasons why the fire in the goaf cannot be extinguished.In order to solve the problem of fire area control under the coexistence of gas and fire,mined-out area is adopted to establish the network monitoring system,integrated explosion suppression and efficient integrated fire control measures,namely arrange mesh temperature burning gas measurement and control system for real-time monitoring,apply rapid oxygen-consumed inerting technique of making the fire area out of explosion,reduce the air leakage in the goaf through the pressure control air technology,use the injection plugging technology to block the air leakage channel,implement the cooling and energy-absorbing technology to continuously reduce the temperature of the fire zone.The results show that the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the 1413 fully-mechanized working face is less than 15 Pa,the volume fraction of CO and O_(2) in goaf decreases to the normal level,the volume fraction of CH_(4) is lower than 5%,and the temperature is always below 25℃.Finally,the goaf fire area in 1413 working face is extinguished completely,and the normal and safe production of Zhongxing Coal Mine is guaranteed.
