摘要
老年人参与健身运动是应对老龄化所带来各种问题的有效手段。为了老年健身产品设计具有更多的可能性和延展性,优化和改善现有老年健身产品的体验。本文基于对游戏化理论和老年人健身运动的研究,深入了解老年人健身特征与需求,探索游戏化理论介入老年人健身产品设计的可能性。同时对目前游戏化健身产品特征进行总结,对相应的设计原则和方法进行初步探索。
The participation of the elderly in fitness is an effective means to deal with the problems brought about by aging.For older fitness products to have more possibilities and extension,optimize and improve the experience of existing old age fitness products,increase the internal driving force of older people to participate in fitness.Based on the research on the theory of gamification and the fitness movement of the elderly,this paper deeply understands its fitness characteristics and needs,and explores the significance of gamification theory in the design of fitness products for the elderly.At the same time,the characteristics of the current gamification of fitness products for the elderly are summarized,and the corresponding design principles and methods are initially explored.
