摘要
根据老年人行为特征进行分析归纳,确定设计研究的主要思路,构建产品服务设计模型以满足老年人的洗浴需求。以FBS模型为理论基础,通过服务设计方法进行用户研究,获取老年洗浴服务盲点及设计机会点。运用FBS理论进行功能—行为—结构的映射,得到研究框架并做出洗浴流程中关键触点的产品设计。基于FBS模型进行的老年洗浴产品设计,更适合狭小的家庭洗浴环境,从设计的角度帮助老年人安全独立地完成洗浴活动。
To analyze and summarize the behavior characteristics of the elderly,determine the main ideas of design and research,and build a product service design model to meet the bathing needs of the elderly.Based on the theory of FBS model,user research was carried out through service design method to obtain the blind spots and design opportunities of elderly bath service.The FBS theory was used to map the function behavior structure,and the research framework was obtained.The elderly bath product design based on FBS model is more suitable for the narrow family bath environment,and helps the elderly to complete bath activities safely and independently from the perspective of design.
