某电厂间冷循环水水质净化系统改造技术方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 某电厂间冷循环水系统长期存在循环水pH、铝离子、电导率等化学监督项目超标问题,导致冷却三角被严重腐蚀,给间冷系统运行造成极大安全隐患。综合分析同类型间冷循环水系统已实施水质控制方案的优缺点,提出将现有凝液处理系统改造为间冷循环水水质净化系统的技术方案,并从必要性、可行性、经济性等三个角度进行了论证。研究表明该技术方案不仅能够实现对pH的有效调整,还能去除其它杂质离子,从而确保循环水系统设备的安全、经济、稳定运行。 The chemical supervision items such as pH,aluminum ion and conductivity of circulating water have been over standard for a long time in the indirect air-cooled circulating water system of a power plant,which leads to the serious corrosion of cooling triangle,which causes great safety risks for the operation of the indirect air-cooled system.The advantages and disadvantages of the water quality control scheme implemented in the same type of indirect air-cooled circulating water system are analyzed comprehensively.The technical scheme of improving the existing condensate treatment system into the water quality purification system of indirect air-cooled circulating water is proposed.The necessity,feasibility and economy are demonstrated.The research shows that the technical scheme can not only adjust the pH effectively,but also remove other impurities,so as to ensure the safe,economic and stable operation of the circulating water system equipment.
