保温管道补口技术研究与探讨

摘要 保证补口质量是满足钢质防腐管道或保温管道的长期稳定运行关键的一环,是保证管道涂层连续、完整性的唯一手段,但补口段涂层也是管道整体涂层的最弱环节,施工质量往往引起整个管道的运行隐患。本文对长输保温管道的焊接段补口结构形式和工艺进行了分析综述,以便相关技术人员针对特定环境能够有一个了解和选择一个更好的补口结构和方式。 To ensure the quality of the patching is a key link to meet a long-term stable operation of the steel anti-corrosion pipeline or the insulation pipe,which is the only means of ensuring continuous and integrity of pipe coatings.However,the finite segment coating is also the weakest link of the overall coating of the pipeline,and the quality of construction often causes the overall risks of the whole pipeline.This paper analyzes the formation and process of the welding section of the long-looting insulation pipeline,so that the relevant technicians can have a better complement structure and method for a particular environment.
