近年来我国油田进入了后期开采阶段,开采难度不断提高对油田生产工程项目的风险控制能力提出了更高的要求。油田地面工程项目是油田重要的集采项目之一,工程内容复杂庞大,安全影响因素极多,具有较高的风险管理难度,课题研究由此出发,基于我国油田地面工程基建项目安全风险管理现状,以及油田发展形势对基建项目安全风险管理的实际需求,提出相应的完善策略。
