摘要
油气管道一般采用埋地的敷设方式,管线长期处于高温、高压的环境下,管线容易受到环境中各类因素的影响出现腐蚀加剧的现象,最终在因腐蚀导致管线穿孔断裂,受油气管线输送介质的特殊性决定,油气管线在发生介质泄漏时,会造成火灾、爆炸、中毒、环境污染等严重的后果。课题研究由此出发,对现阶段油田使用的管道腐蚀检测技术进行了分析,深入分析探讨油田油田管道腐蚀检测现阶段的技术需求,分析腐蚀规律,了解运行参数与防护措施之间的关系,并提出管线腐蚀修复的措施与技术。
Oil and gas pipelines are generally laid underground.The pipeline is under high temperature and high pressure for a long time.The pipeline is vulnerable to the influence of various factors in the environment,resulting in increased corrosion.Finally,due to the perforation and fracture of the pipeline caused by corrosion,due to the particularity of the transmission medium of the oil and gas pipeline,the oil and gas pipeline will cause fire,explosion,poisoning Serious consequences such as environmental pollution.Based on this,the research analyzes the pipeline corrosion detection technology used in oil fields at the present stage,deeply analyzes and discusses the technical requirements of pipeline corrosion detection in oil fields at the present stage,analyzes the corrosion law,understands the relationship between operation parameters and protective measures,and puts forward the measures and technologies for pipeline corrosion repair.
