高等教育中外合作办学教育质量保障机制研究-基于“教育质量保障三角形”模型 被引量:5

摘要 作为高校国际化重要平台的中外合作办学,其规模在不断扩大,但中外合作办学教育质量保障机制建设尚未完善,诸多问题逐渐凸显,为促进高校中外合作办学高质量可持续发展,亟需建立完善的高等教育中外合作办学教育质量保障机制。通过以“教育质量保障三角形”模型为理论依据对当前高等教育中外合作办学教育质量保障机制存在的问题进行了分析,并针对发现的问题提出了依据“教育质量保障三角形”模型对我国高校中外合作办学教育质量保障机制进行完善的建议:科学定义教育质量标准、完善教育质量检测流程(“教育质量保障三角形”模型中的两个角)形成管理闭环,从而加强学校提高教育质量的外部推动力;同时,学校内部要正确认识中外合作办学的目的,按照“教育质量保障三角形”模型,形成内部教育质量监管机制,切实提高学校提高教育质量的主动力。 As an important platform for the internationalization of universities,the scale of Sino-foreign cooperation education programs is constantly expanding.However,the construction of the quality assurance system for Sino-foreign cooperative education programs has not yet been perfected.In order to promote the sustainable development of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs in higher education,it is inevitable to establish a complete higher education quality assurance system for Sino-foreign cooperative education programs.Based on the theory of"education quality assurance triangle",this paper analyzes the current problems in the quality assurance system for Sino-foreign cooperative education programs,and gives suggestions to improve the quality assurance system of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs in China according to the"education quality assurance triangle"model:scientific definition of education quality standards,perfect education quality testing process(two angles in the"education quality assurance triangle"model)form a closed management loop,so as to strengthen the external impetus to improve the quality of education.At the same time,the university should correctly understand the purpose of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs and form an internal supervision mechanism of education quality according to the"education quality assurance triangle",so as to effectively improve the initiative of the university to improve the quality of education.
