摘要
设计的智能化研究方向中,对于算法产出的参数化方案的可行性分析方法稍显不足。因此本文探究有限元分析法引入智能设计研究的可行性。以一款生成的冰箱方案为例,提取该产品的关键结构,借助Solidworks建模。其次根据产品功能,利用Abaqus 6.14分别对其进行结构静力学与热传导分析,分析核心部件在极端使用场景下的受力与形变,以及能量传播情形。通过Abaqus分析,结果显示结构设计合理,能满足预期功能。有限元分析以其模拟仿真的特性可以很好的完成智能化设计方案的可行性分析任务。
In the intelligent research direction of the design,the feasibility analysis method for the parameterized scheme produced by the algorithm is slightly insufficient.Therefore,this article explores the feasibility of introducing the finite element analysis method into the research direction of intelligent design.Take a generated refrigerator scheme as an example,extract the key structure of the product and model with Solidworks.Secondly,according to the product function,using Abaqus 6.14 to analyze its structural statics and heat conduction respectively,and analyze the force and deformation of the core components under extreme usage scenarios,as well as the energy transmission situation.Through Abaqus analysis,the results show that the structure design is reasonable and can meet the expected functions.Finite element analysis with its characteristics of simulation can complete the feasibility analysis task of intelligent design schemes.
