政治认同是衡量民众参与政治社会化的重要指标,农村基层党组织是基层群众参政议政的重要组织,其执政能力高低直接影响村民政治认同的效果,因此,增强村民政治认同是农村基层党组织不断提升执政能力所追求的终极目标;当前,在政治认同视域下加强农村基层党组织执政能力建设,有利于提高农村基层党组织助力村民创造美好生活,有利于保障农村基层党组织政治建设有序运行,有利于巩固农村基层党组织凝聚合力的思想基础,有利于打牢农村基层党组织执政的合法性基础,有利于有效引导农民保护和改善农村生态环境等,进而助力乡村振兴战略落地生根。

Political recognition is an important measure of people’s participation in political socializa⁃tion.Rural grass-roots Party organizations are an important body for grass-roots people to participate in the deliberation and administration of state affairs,and their ruling ability directly affects the effect of villagers’political recognition.Therefore,enhancing the villagers’political recognition is the ultimate goal pursued by the rural grass-roots party organizations to constantly improve their governance ability.At present,strengthening the governance capacity construction of the rural grass-roots Party organiza⁃tions under the scope of political recognition is conducive to improving the rural grass-roots Party orga⁃nizations to help the villagers create a better life,to ensuring the orderly operation of the political con⁃struction of grass-roots Party organizations,consolidating the ideological foundation of grass-roots Par⁃ty organizations,laying the legitimacy foundation for the governance of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas,and effectively guiding farmers to protect and improve the rural ecological environment,and it will further help to realize the rural revitalization strategy.
