不同虫期蠋蝽的耐饥力测定

Hunger tolerance determination of different instars of Arma custos

为研究蠋蝽的耐饥饿能力,在室内26℃无食物条件下,分别测定蠋蝽2~5龄若虫、雌成虫、雄成虫在供水及不供水条件下的存活时间。结果表明,供水处理的蠋蝽2~5龄若虫、雌成虫及雄成虫的存活时长分别为226.4、227.6、265.2、362.8、265.2和238.4 h,其中,5龄若虫的存活时长显著高于其它虫期,说明其耐饥饿能力最强。而在不供水条件下,蠋蝽2~5龄若虫、雌成虫和雄成虫的存活时长分别为129.2、142.4、215.2、176.4、198.8、141.6 h,其中,4龄若虫的耐饥饿能力最强,但存活时间与5龄若虫、雌成成虫无显著差异。综合考虑,田间释放蠋蝽以5龄若虫为宜。研究结果可为田间释放蠋蝽进行绿色防控提供一定的理论依据。

This study aimed to investigate the starvation tolerance of Arma custos in different larval stages with or without water supply.The survival duration was assessed for 2~5 instar nymphs,adult females and males of A.custos cultured indoors at a consistent temperature of 26℃with or without water supply.With the provision of water,the survival durations of the 2~5 instar nymphs,adult females and males of A.custos were 226.4,227.6,265.2,362.8,265.2 and 238.4 h,respectively.The survival duration of the 5th instar nymphs that were supplied water was significantly higher than that of the other nymphs,indicating the strongest hunger tolerance.Without water supply,the survival durations of the 2~5 instar nymphs,adult females and males of A.custos were 129.2,142.4,215.2,176.4,198.8 and 141.6 h,respectively.The hunger tolerance of the 4th instar nymphs was the strongest without water supply,but the survival duration was not significantly different from that of the 5th instar nymphs or adult females.Considering comprehensively,the 5th instar nymphs of A.custos are suitable for release in the field.The results provide a theoretical basis for the use of a green control by scorpion stink bug releases in the field.
