蜡样芽胞杆菌片联合茵栀黄颗粒对病理性黄疸新生儿血清胆红素水平的影响

The influence of Bacillus cereus tablets combined with Yinzhihuang Granule on serum bilirubin level in neonates with pathological jaundice

目的探讨蜡样芽胞杆菌片联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗病理性黄疸新生儿对血清胆红素水平的影响。方法选择2018年8月—2020年8月于本院治疗的88例病理性黄疸新生患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各44例。对照组予以蜡样芽胞杆菌片治疗,观察组加用茵栀黄颗粒治疗。比较两组血清胆红素水平及症状改善时间、免疫功能、不良反应情况。结果治疗后,两组患儿的血清胆红素水平均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患儿的血清胆红素水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的胎便转黄和黄疸消退时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平明显升高、CD8^(+)水平则明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患儿的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组、CD8^(+)水平则低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蜡样芽胞杆菌片联合茵栀黄颗粒可提高病理性黄疸新生儿治疗效果,降低血清胆红素水平,加快黄疸消退,且利于改善免疫功能,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bacillus cereus tablets combined with Yinzhihuang granules on serum bilirubin level in newborns with pathological jaundice.Methods 88 newborns with pathological jaundice treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as study objects and they were randomly divided into two groups of observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bacillus cereus tablets,and the observation group was treated with Bacillus cereus tablets and Yinzhihuang granules.The serum bilirubin level,improvement time of symptoms,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The serum bilirubin levels of both two groups were decreased after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the time of meconium turn to yellow and jaundice disappear in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in both two groupswere increased,and the concentrations of CD8^(+)decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusions Bacillus cereus tablets combined with Yinzhihuang granules could improve the therapeutic effect of neonatal pathological jaundice,reduces the serum bilirubin level,accelerates the regression of jaundice,and improves the immune function,which is safe and reliable.
