百令胶囊应用于桥本甲状腺炎的效果

Effect of Bailing Capsule on Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

目的:讨论百令胶囊应用于桥本甲状腺炎的疗效。方法:选取平顶山市新华区人民医院2018年1月至2020年12月期间收治的80例桥本甲状腺炎患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组使用低碘饮食干预,观察组在对照组的基础上使用百令胶囊。比较两组患者的疗效、甲状腺功能[游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、促甲状腺分泌激素(TSH)]、甲状腺大小变化。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,与对照组的77.50%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者FT3均较治疗前升高、TSH均较治疗前降低,且观察组FT3高于对照组、TSH低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的甲状腺体积小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊应用于桥本甲状腺炎可以调节甲状腺功能,改善甲状腺体积大小。

Objective To discuss the effect of Bailing Capsule on Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Methods 80 patients with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Treated in Xinhua District People's Hospital of Pingdingshan City from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used low iodine diet intervention,and the observation group used Bailing Capsule on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,thyroid[free triiodothyronine(FT3),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)]and thyroid size changes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,compared with 77.50%of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment,FT3 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and TSH was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the thyroid volume of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule can regulate thyroid function in Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
