摘要
目的:了解福州地区孕妇产前乙型肝炎、梅毒和艾滋病感染状况,为制定有效防控措施,减少母婴垂直传播,促进妇女儿童健康提供参考依据。方法:选择2019年7月至2021年5月在福建省妇幼保健院产检接受艾滋病、梅毒和乙型肝炎免费筛查的孕妇36706例,对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果:36706例孕妇乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)的阳性率为9.47%,梅毒螺旋体抗体(TP-Ab)阳性率为0.38%,人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(HIV-Ab)阳性率为0.01%。<25岁孕妇的HBsAg阳性率最低,为5.595%,并且随着年龄的增加,HBsAg阳性率逐渐升高。<25岁和>35岁孕妇的TP-Ab阳性率均较高,分别为0.565%和0.749%。结论:福州地区孕妇乙型肝炎的阳性率较高,做好孕妇产前乙型肝炎、梅毒及艾滋病的筛查工作,有助于及时阻断和降低传染性疾病的母婴传播风险。
Objective To understand the prenatal infection status of hepatitis B virus,Treponema pallidum and human immunodeficiency virus in pregnant women in Fuzhou,so as to provide reference basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures,reducing mother to child vertical transmission and promoting the health of women and children.Methods A total of 36706 pregnant women who received free screening for AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B from July 2019 to June 2021 in Fujian provincial maternity and child care center were retrospectively analyzed.Results The positive rates of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),Treponema pallidum antibody(TP-Ab)and human immunodeficiency virus antibody(HIV-Ab)in 36706 pregnant women were 9.47%,0.38%and 0.01%,respectively.The HBsAg positive rate of less than 25-year-old pregnant women was the lowest,which was 5.59%,and the HBsAg positive rate increased gradually with the increase of age.The positive rates of TP-Ab in less than 25-year-old group and pregnant women more than 35 years old were higher,which were 0.56%and 0.75%respectively.Conclusion The positive rate of hepatitis B in pregnant women in Fuzhou area is relatively high.Screening for hepatitis B,syphilis and AIDS in pregnant women is helpful for blocking and reducing the risk of mother to child transmission of infectious diseases in time.
