摘要
目的:消化道早癌及黏膜下肿瘤患者通过体外圈套器牵引辅助内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)进行治疗,研究其治疗效果。方法:选取奉节县人民医院在2018年5月至2019年5月期间收治的60例消化道早癌及黏膜下肿瘤患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。将通过传统ESD展开医治的患者纳入对照组,将采用体外圈套器牵引辅助ESD进行治疗的患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术指标(手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量)。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的73.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过体外圈套器牵引辅助在ESD对消化道早癌及黏膜下肿瘤患者进行治疗,治疗效果较好,手术指标得到明显改善。
Objective The patients with early gastrointestinal cancer and submucosal tumors were treated by extracorporeal trap traction-assisted endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods 60 patients of early gastrointestinal cancer and submucosal tumor admitted from Fengjie County People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation and control groups,with 30 cases in each group.Patients treated through traditional ESD were included in the control group,and patients treated with external sntrap traction-assisted ESD were included in the observation group to compare the clinical treatment effect,surgical indicators(surgical time,hospitalization time,amount of intraoperative bleeding)in the two groups.Results The total treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group was 93.3%,significantly higher than 73.3%in the control group,significant(P<0.05),the operation time,hospital stay and intraoperative amount of bleeding were less than the observation group(P<0.05);the incidence and comparison were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with early digestive tract cancer and submucosal tumor were treated in ESD,assisted by extracorporeal trap traction,and the treatment effect was significantly improved and the surgical index was significantly improved.
