胺碘酮治疗老年人冠心病心律不齐的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of the Clinical Efficacy of Amiodarone in the Treatment of Arrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease in the Elderly

目的:探讨胺碘酮治疗老年人冠心病心律不齐的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年12月茂名市人民医院收治的118例老年冠心病心律不齐患者,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组和观察组各59例。对照组施以常规药物治疗,观察组施以胺碘酮治疗,对患者的临床疗效、不良反应、心电图异常持续时间、症状持续时间、住院时间进行观察。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的心电图异常持续时间、症状持续时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮治疗老年人冠心病心律不齐具有良好的效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia in the elderly.Methods 118 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to Maoming City People's Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and grouped by random number table,with 59 cases in the control group and 59 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with amiodarone.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,the duration of abnormal electrocardiogram,the duration of symptoms,and the length of hospital stay were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The duration of abnormal ECG,duration of symptoms,and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone has a good effect in the treatment of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease in the elderly.
