摘要
重水堆装卸料机在换料过程中多次出现C推杆泄漏率超标导致C推杆驱动失效的问题,该文通过介绍C推杆回路的密封方式和C推杆驱动原理,并结合现场检修实践经验,分析了影响C推杆泄漏率超标的原因及处理方法。通过这些措施的实施,可以有效地减少C推杆失效次数,提高了换料过程中C推杆的稳定性,并取得了较为理想的效果。
In heavy water reactor,the problem of C ram drive failure caused by excessive leakage rate of C ram occurred many times when refueling of fuelling machine.The article introduces circuit sealing structure and driving principle of C ram,and analyzes the cause and treatment of the leakage rate exceeding the standard of C ram based on the practical experience of field maintenance.Through the implementation of these measures,it can effectively reduce the failure times of C ram improve the stability of C ram in the process of refuelling,and and it has achieved good effect.
