破解职业农民培育矛盾策论

随着农业现代化快速发展,更高的机械化水平和科技贡献率,需要高素质农民从事农业,更高的农业规模化、合作化程度,需要专门的职业农民成为主力军。但现在的农业从业人员不能满足这一要求,在培育提升过程中,存在老龄化与年轻化、差异化与一体化、季节性与常态化和分散性与集中性、收入收益等一系列矛盾问题。分析未来农业从业人员主要组成,培育提升现有农业从业人员,培养有志于农业的人员,包括经过大学培养教育的农业大学生成为重要任务。破解职业农民培育矛盾,培育现代职业农民,需要理解和把握破解矛盾的认识论、方法论、辩证法,需要将扶持农业的政策覆盖到职业农民培育上,关口前移到职业农民的培育上,搞好培养教育设施设备、师资队伍、培育体系建设,建立送教到村到地体制和以奖代补保障机制,特别是转变守株待兔式的传统教育模式,建立乡村级农民走读培训学校,变学员求学为教员送教,变要我学为我要学,使职业农民培育有人专门教、有人参加学、有条件组织培育。
