摘要
在就业压力逐渐增大的今天,尤其是近两年乡村振兴战略的提出,投身基层、返乡就业已经成为当代大学生的一个必不可少就业渠道。本文首先介绍了大学生投身基层的就业渠道,对影响大学生回基层就业的各个因素进行了透彻的分析,最后提出了激励大学生返乡就业的几项政策,该研究的意义在于可以有效的帮助有意愿投身基层的大学生更好的开展返乡就业的选择与实践。
In today’s employment pressureis increasing,especially in the last two years of rural revitalization strategy put forward,to join the grassroots,returning to employment has become an indispensable employment channel for contemporary college students.This paper first introduces the college students in employment channels at the grass-roots level,the factors of affecting college students back to the grassroots employment has carried on the thorough analysis,finally put forward the incentive to college students employment policy of several home,the significance of the study is that can be helpful for better college students interested in grassroots choice and practice of returning home.
