从提高农民素质角度来看乡村振兴

From the Perspective of Improving Farmers,the Quality of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴于2017年在党的十九大报告中提出,是就解决"三农"问题的延续。中国农村现在处于"空心村"状态,生活在乡村的农民多数是年迈且文化程度低,无法将现代科技设备应用于农业,而城市的就业状态一直处于饱和状态,因此,需要政府介入调整,通过上级派驻、基层挖掘、本土培育等多种途径壮大乡村人才队伍,从整体上提高基层本土人才素质达到实现乡村振兴目的。本文就提高农民素质意义,具体举措及实施过程遇到的问题展开,从提高农民素质角度推进乡村振兴。

Rural revitalization was proposed in 2017 in the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress in 2017,which is a continuation of solving the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Rural China is now in the state of"hollow village",most farmers living in rural farmers are old and low culture,cannot apply modern science and technology equipment to agriculture,and urban employment has been saturated,therefore,need government intervention adjustment,through the superior,grassroots mining,local cultivation and other ways to strengthen rural talent team,improve the overall local talent quality to achieve the purpose of rural revitalization.This paper on the significance of improving the quality of farmers,specific measures and the problems encountered in the implementation process,from the improvement of rural quality from the perspective to promote rural revitalization.
