造林绿化工程创新管理模式研究

Research on the Innovative Management Mode of Afforestation Project

为更好的应对气候问题,造林绿化十分必要。本文从造林绿化的现状出发,分析了造林绿化在实施过程中存在的问题,包括从业人员素质参差不齐、组织实施模式单一、多元化投入不足、长效机制建立不健全、考评监督管理制度不完善等。针对此问题,本文从造林绿化工程创新管理模式的角度进行了研究,提出了相应的意见建议。对于加强生态建设、经济社会高质量发展有一定的意义。

In order to better deal with the climate problems,afforestation is very necessary.Starting from the current situation of afforestation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation process of afforestation,including the uneven quality of the employees,the single organization and implementation mode,the insufficient diversified investment,the imperfect long-term mechanism establishment,and the imperfect evaluation,supervision and management system.In view of this problem,this paper studies the perspective of innovative management mode and puts forward corresponding suggestions.It is of certain significance for strengthening ecological construction and high-quality economic and social development.
