乡村振兴背景下农村大学生就业途径与思考

Employment Methods and Thinking of Rural College Students under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略环境下,大学生就业不但让乡村振兴方略保驾护航并提供专才,并且有助于推动农业当代化建设、建设魅力新乡村、脱贫致富,有助于缓和大学生的就业压力,实现人生额目标。然而因为国家机关、社会、院校与大学生本身等元素的作用与限制,大学生农村积液面对很多难题——例如大学生农村就业的途径不够宽、模式单调,大学生农村就业策略保证机制不完善;社会对农村的看法根深蒂固,大学生就业的社会风气不够清朗;院校对大学生就业支撑策略不健全,大学生农村就业的能力与素养亟待提升;大学生对就业缺少正确的解读,就业的愿望不够强烈。所以,应持续拓宽大学生就业途径,建立并建群大学生就业保障制度;强化媒体舆论的诱导;构建晓农、敬农、重农的良好社会气氛。

Under the strategic environment of rural revitalization,the employment of college students not only makes the rural revitalization strategy escort and provide expertise,but also helps to promote the contemporary construction of agriculture,the construction of charming new countryside,poverty alleviation,help to ease the employment pressure of college students,and achieve the goal of life.However,because of the role and limitation of state organs,society,colleges and universities and the elements of college students themselves,college students in rural areas face many problems--for example,the way of college students in rural employment is not wide enough,the pattern is monotonous,and the guarantee mechanism of college students in rural employment strategy is not perfect;The social view of rural areas is deeply rooted,and the social atmosphere of college students’employment is not clear enough;The supporting strategies for college students’employment are not sound,and the ability and accomplishment of college students’rural employment need to be improved.College students lack of correct interpretation of employment,employment aspirations are not strong enough.Therefore,we should continue to broaden the way of employment of college students,establish and build a group of college students employment security system to strengthen the induction of media public opinion to build a good social atmosphere of xiao,respect and emphasis on agriculture.
