摘要 由于电力用户负荷分布的时空差异性,三相不平衡问题影响着低压台区的经济运行。为获取真实的三相不平衡度线损率影响特性,本文提出一种基于最小支持向量机的低压台区线损率三相不平衡度影响量化分析方法。首先基于电路损耗原理,给定假设条件,获取特定场景下的三相不平衡度线损率影响特性,发现三相不平衡度不适合作为单一因素分析其对线损率的影响,而应在相同负载率的边界下进行分析。然后基于最小二乘支持向量机构建台区线损影响因素综合量化分析方法,拟合台区线损影响因素特性曲线,用于实现线损率三相不平衡度影响量化分析。最终以某地区4566条台区样本数据为案例,应用本方法量化分析出了不同负载率工况下三相不平衡度对实际台区线损率的影响规律,从而可为该地区台区的三相不平衡治理提供量化指导。 Due to the time-space difference of power users’load distribution,the problem of three-phase unbalance affects the economic operation of the station area.In this paper,to obtain the real characteristics of the impact of three-phase unbalanced factor on line loss rate of the low-voltage station area,a quantitative analysis method based on least support vector machine is proposed for the influence of line loss rate on three-phase unbalance degree of low voltage station area.Firstly,based on the basic principle of circuit loss and given hypothetical conditions,the influence characteristics of three-phase unbalanced factor on the line loss rate in a specific scene are obtained,and it is found that three-phase unbalanced factor is not suitable for analyzing its influence characteristics on line loss rate as a single factor,but should be carried out under the boundary condition of the same load rate.Secondly,based on the least square support vector machine(LSSVM)algorithm,the analysis model of the influencing factors of the line loss rate in the low voltage station area is constructed,and the characteristic curve of the influencing factors of the line loss rate in the low pressure station area is fitted on the basis of the model,which is used to realize the comprehensive quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of the line loss in the low voltage station area.Finally,taking the sample data of 4566 stations area in a certain area as an example,the influence of three-phase unbalanced factor on the line loss rate of the real low voltage station area is analyzed by using this method,which provides quantitative guidance for the treatment of three-phase imbalance in the area.
