摘要 在开展电力市场化交易过程中,贵州电力交易中心研究构建电力交易人工智能服务平台,推进人工智能与电力市场化交易业务发展深度融合,为市场主体提供更为便捷的主动式智能化服务。研究工作按照中国南方电网有限责任公司《人工智能与业务发展深度融合专项规划》总体要求,遵循“业务驱动”的原则。从电力市场业务流程出发,深入分析市场主体参加电力交易过程中在市场注册、合同签订、交易结算、信用评价等业务场景需求,促进电力市场化交易的健康发展。本文从电力交易人工智能平台架构规划、功能模块分析、数据架构分析、技术架构分析等技术论述,并结合图像识别、自然语言理解、语音识别、智能知识库、实体机器人等具体人工智能技术探讨“人工智能+电力交易”的行业应用架构设计。 In the process of carrying out power market trading,the Guizhou Power Trading Center is studying the construction of an AI service platform for power trading,and promoting the deep integration of AI and the development of power market trading business,provide more convenient and active intelligent service for the main body of the market.The research work is in accordance with the“Artificial Intelligence and business development in-depth integration plan”of China Southern Power Grid Company Limited,and follows the“Business driven”principle.Starting from the business process of electricity market,this paper analyzes in-depth the business scenario needs of market participants in the process of electricity trading,such as market registration,contract signing,transaction settlement,credit evaluation,etc.,promoting the healthy development of power market transaction.This paper discusses such technologies as architecture planning,function module analysis,data architecture analysis,technology architecture analysis,etc.,the application architecture design of“Artificial Intelligence+electric power trading”is discussed in the light of image recognition,natural language understanding,speech recognition,intelligent knowledge base,solid robot and other artificial intelligence technologies.
