高铁隧道新型全包防排水设计与施工技术

Design and Construction Technology of New All Inclusive Waterproofing and Drainage for High Speed Railway Tunnel

京张高铁东花园隧道工程由于靠近水库,地下水文条件复杂,高标准的全包防排水施工是工程的难点之一。通过将新型防水材料喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料应用于仰拱防水、衬砌外侧结构防水、施工缝(变形缝)防水、拱墙防水中,特别是针对明挖隧道衬砌外侧结构喷涂施工难度大等难题,引进喷涂机器人进行自动智能化喷涂,提高了工效、质量和安全水平,降低了成本,为类似工程提供了借鉴。

Due to its proximity to reservoir and complex underground hydrological conditions,high standard integrated waterproofing and drainage construction is one of the difficulties for Donghuayuan Tunnel project of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high speed railway.New waterproofing material—spraying quick setting rubber asphalt waterproofing coating is adopted for the waterproofing of inverted arch,lining outer structure,construction joint(deformation joint),and arch wall.And spraying robots are introduced for automatic intelligent spraying for open cut tunnel lining outer structure for which spraying construction is difficult,which improves the work efficiency,quality and safety level,reduces the cost and provides a reference for similar projects.
