1+X证书制度下高职新商科人才培养实践——以跨专业互动教学为视角

Exploration on the Programs of New Business Majors in Vocational Colleges Based on the 1+X Certificate System——From the Perspective of Cross-disciplinary Interactive Teaching Mode

在1+X证书试点实施背景下,提出以跨专业互动教学模式对高职院校新商科人才培养进行探索,有机融合校企资源、优化人才培养模式,有机融合学历证书课程与技能证书课程、构建1+X证书下的跨专业课程体系,有机融合教学项目与技能竞赛项目、搭建赛训相长实训机制等,以落实高职院校新商科1+X证书制度,切实提高新商科人才培养质量。

Under the background of the pilot implementation of the 1+X certificate,this paper puts forward the cross-disciplinary interactive teaching mode in the program of"New Business"initiative,in which school-enterprise resources are integrated,the talent training mode are optimized,diploma based courses and skills certificate courses are combined and a cross-disciplinary curriculum system for 1+X certificate have been built up.It rationally links professional curriculum and skills competition as well as establishes the competition-internship mechanism.From those measures,the certificate system could definitely be put into effect thus raise the bar of education for business graduates.
