摘要
从教师职业幸福感提升角度提出新时代职业院校师资队伍建设的可参考途径:引入“内培外引”机制,提升教师认知幸福感;营造个体积极心态,提升教师主观幸福感;积极响应“大健康”号召,提升教师健康幸福感;建设和谐组织环境,提升教师社会幸福感。
In terms of faculty development of vocational colleges,we always emphasize on teacher's tool value-the role as a tool in teaching rather than purpose value-the orientation of self-fulfillment,on problem-excavation instead of advantage exploration,on professional development rather than teachers'mental state.From the internal and external need to individual development,this paper aims to provide a possible path for vocational college teacher's growth in enhancing faculty's feelings of occupational well-being in the new era,in which training and recruiting mechanisms can be adopted.Individual positive attitude can be created to enhance well-being of teachers subjectively.We should also respond to the national call of"Big Health",to ease physical and mental burdens of teachers.Finally,a harmonious working environment is a crucial element as well.
