康定市2019年病媒生物监测结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis on 2019 surveillance results of vector biology in Kangding

摘要 目的掌握康定市蚊、蝇、鼠、蟑的种类、密度及分布,了解中高海拔地区病媒生物构成特点,为制定科学合理的病媒生物综合防制措施提供依据。方法鼠监测采用鼠夹法,蚊监测采样诱蚊灯法,蝇监测采用笼诱法,蟑监测采用粘捕法。结果康定市有蚊1种、蝇2种、蟑1种、鼠3种,活动均有较明显的季节性,蚊、蝇主要在6—9月活动,鼠、蟑主要在7、8月活动,优势种主要为致倦库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、褐家鼠和小家鼠,主要孳生地为居民区、牲畜棚、农贸市场、餐馆和农村。结论康定市病媒生物优势种和主要孳生地与四川省整体病媒生物情况基本一致,季节消长与四川省其他地区有所差异,初步掌握康定市病媒生物种类、分布和季节消长情况。 Objective To understand the species,density and distribution of mosquitoes,flies,rats and cockroaches in Kangding,to understand the characteristics of vector biology at intermediate or high elevation,and to provide the basis for formulating scientific and reasonable control measures on vector biology.Methods Rodent mousetrap method,mosquito-lured lamp method,cage trap method and sticky-trap method were used for surveillance of rats,mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches respectively.Results There were 1 species of mosquitoes,2 species of flies,1 species of cockroaches and 3 species of rodents in Kangding,activities had obvious seasonality.Mosquitoes and flies were mainly active from June to September annually,while rats and cockroaches were mainly active in July and August annually.The dominant species were Culex quinquefasciatus,Musca domestica,Blattella germanica,Rattus norvegicus and Mus musculus,and main breeding places were residential areas,livestock sheds,farmers′markets,restaurants and rural areas.Conclusion Dominant species and main breeding places of vector biology in Kangding basically match overall situation of vector biology in Sichuan,seasonal fluctuation was different from that in other areas of Sichuan,and the species,distribution and seasonal fluctuation of vector biology in Kangding are preliminarily grasped.
