摘要
针对白车身制造过程高自动化率的特点,为了提前验证白车身生产可行性,提高机器人编程与调试效率,以顶盖涂胶工位、顶盖弧焊工位和左前车门滚边工位为例,应用Tecnomatix软件对机器人涂胶、机器人弧焊和机器人滚边3种连续性制造特征进行了仿真应用研究。从制造特征处理、工具定义、机器人仿真和离线程序应用4个方面进行了深入的探究及论述。实践证明,应用Tecnomatix可以有效完成机器人涂胶、机器人弧焊和机器人滚边3种连续性制造特征仿真,提高现场调试效率。
Based on the characteristics of high automation rate of Body In White(BIW)manufacturing process,in order to verify the production feasibility of BIW in advance and improve the efficiency of robot programming and debugging,this article,taking the top cover gluing station,top cover arc welding station and front left door edging station as examples,conducts the simulation application study of 3 continuous manufacturing features including robot gluing,robot arc welding and robot edging by using tecnomatix software.The article makes an in-depth exploration and discussion from 4 aspects:manufacturing feature processing,tool definition,robot simulation and off-line program application.Practice has proved that the application of tecnomatix can effectively complete the simulation of 3 continuous manufacturing features,i.e.robot gluing,robot arc welding and robot edging,and improve the on-site debugging efficiency.
