摘要 汽车制动保护罩或排气系统在特定应用下会出现350℃以上的高温状态,为规避相关区域涂层分解出现鼓包风险,探究以硅酸盐-苯丙乳液-玻璃粉-纳米氧化钛为主要体系,辅以颜料、硅溶胶和商业助剂,调制了一种复合水溶性国产涂料,其简易施工可以得到外观规整的涂层,具备良好的耐高温、耐腐蚀性能,进行组织形貌和热重分析,该涂层可以保持良好的热稳定性,能应用在特定零件表面以降低零件采购成本,并提高整车零件国产化率。 Automobile brake protective cover or exhaust system can be exposed to high temperatures above 350℃in specific applications.In order to avoid the risk of decomposition or bulging of the surface coating of the relevant parts,this article explores a composite water-soluble domestic coating made of silicate,styrene acrylic emulsion,glass powder,nanoscale titanium oxide,supplemented with pigment,silica sol and various commercial assistant.Through simple spraying,a regular coating with good high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and other properties can be obtained.Through SEM and TGA analysis,the coating maintains good thermal stability and can be applied to the surface of specific parts to reduce the procurement cost of parts and improve the localization production rate of vehicle parts.
