红安县七里坪革命法庭的法制实践研究

The Legal Practice of the Qiliping Revolutionary Court in Hong'an County

设立于红安的七里坪革命法庭一般被视为中国共产党历史上的第一个革命法庭。七里坪革命法庭的设立与审判实践活动几经波折,是特殊历史时期的产物。革命法庭成立初期,以中国共产党开展土地革命的政治任务为目标,惩处了一批剥削乡邻的贪官污吏、土豪劣绅,有力地震慑了地方上的反革命势力。七里坪革命法庭的司法审判活动,是革命根据地的中国共产党人以法律为手段同压迫人民的剥削势力做斗争、宣传马列主义先进思想的重要实践,为鄂豫皖苏区的法制实践及新中国的法制建设提供了重要借鉴。

The Qiliping Revolutionary Court established in Hong'an,was generally regarded as the first revolutionary court in the history of the CPC.The establishment of the revolutionary court in Qiliping and its trial practice experienced several twists and turns and were the products of a special historical period.At the early stage of its establishment,the revolutionary court aimed at the political task of the CPC to carry out the Agrarian Revolution and punished a number of corrupt officials,local tyrants and evil gentry who exploited their neighbors,which strongly deterred the local counter-revolutionary forces.The judicial trial activities of the revolutionary court in Qiliping were an important practice of the CPC in the revolutionary base areas to use law as a means to fight against the exploiting forces oppressing the people and to propagate the advanced ideas of Marxism-Leninism,and it provided an important reference for the legal practice of Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Areas and the legal construction of new China.
