襦服深衣:桃花源里的平民社会与服饰--兼论砖画像中所见汉魏平民服饰

Commoner Society and the Clothes in the Land of the Peach Blossom Spring:A Discussion of Commoner Clothing in the Han and Wei Dynasties as Seen in Brick Portraits

陶渊明在《桃花源记》中记载桃源中所见避世的人们“男女衣着,悉如外人”,令后人费解,为何桃源民秦时入此“绝境”,六百多年后,衣着还能和晋当时代的人(外人)一样?之所以产生困惑,主要因为学界普遍对秦汉至魏晋期间平民的服饰状况不了解,从秦至晋,平民襦服深衣,无论颜色、材质还是款式,几无变化。桃源民及其服饰分析既有助于《桃花源记》的文学与历史解读,也是研究汉魏平民社会与平民生活的重要视角。

According to Tao Yuanming's Peach Blossom Spring,the people in the land of the Peach Blossom Spring were"dressed like outsiders,either male or female".The main reason for the confusion about why they were dressed in the same way as the outsiders is the general ignorance of the academic community about the state of the commoners'clothing from the Qin and Han dynasties to the Wei and Jin dynasties.The fact was that though they lived six hundred years apart,there were no changes in the color,material or style of the commoners'clothing.
