增液承气汤结合针刺治疗孤独症谱系障碍儿童功能性便秘的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zengye Chengqi Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Functional Constipation in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

目的:观察增液承气汤加减结合针刺治疗孤独症谱系障碍患儿功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将孤独症谱系障碍合并功能性便秘患儿62例随机分为试验组31例,对照组31例,试验组口服中药汤剂增液承气汤加减并结合针刺,对照组口服乳果糖口服液。观察两组患儿治疗后的疗效,比较两组患儿治疗前后的Bristol粪便分型评分。结果:两组患儿治疗后Bristol评分较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),治疗3周后试验组患儿Bristol评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率96.6%,高于对照组的80.6%(P<0.05)。结论:增液承气汤加减结合针刺治疗孤独症谱系障碍儿童功能性便秘疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of zengye chengqi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of functional constipation in children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods:62 autism spectrum disorder children with functional constipation were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=31)and the control group(n=31).The experimental group took traditional Chinese medicine decoction zengye chengqi decoction combined with acupuncture,and the control group took lactulose oral liquid.The treatment efficacy and the Bristol score of the two groups of patients were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:The Bristol score in both groups increased after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the Bristol score in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after 3 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.6%in the experimental group,which was higher than that of the control group(80.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zengye chengqi decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of functional constipation in children with autism spectrum disorder.
