摘要
目的:观察优质护理干预对急性肠胃炎患者心理状态的影响。方法:选取我院急性肠胃炎患者86例(2019年6月至2020年6月),随机分为优质护理的观察组(43例)与常规护理的对照组(43例),观察患者心理状态。结果:与对照组相比,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预可以明显改善急性肠胃炎患者的心理状态。
Objective:To observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with acute gastroenteritis.Methods:86 patients with acute gastroenteritis in our hospital(June 2019 to June 2020)were randomly divided into high-quality nursing observation group(43 cases)and routine nursing control group(43 cases).Results:compared with the control group,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through a series of nursing intervention,the results show high quality nursin can promote the improvement of patients'psychological state,which is worthy of reference.
