Prescription Analysis of Chinese Medicine Granules in Our Clinic

目的:通过对门诊中药配方颗粒处方进行回顾性分析,探讨处方用药现状,分析其用药的规律性和合理性,为临床合理用药提供理论基础和参考依据。方法:随机抽取2021年3月399张处方,用Excel分别对患者的年龄、性别、处方中的用药味数、剂数、金额进行统计。结果:用药年龄以青少年和中年为主,女性比男性多,处方平均药味数13味,单剂处方金额369元。结论:处方中存在主要问题是单剂处方金额较大,用药剂数偏多,中医处方多用西医病名,应加强中药师在临床合理用药中的监督、审核作用;配方颗粒的价格较为昂贵,中青年人更容易接受。

Objective:To discuss the current situation of prescription medication,analyze the regularity and rationality of the medication,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods:399 prescriptions were randomly selected in March 2021,and the patient age,sex,dosage quantity and amount were measured by Excel respectively.Results:Drug age is teenagers and middle age,women accounted more than men,the average prescription taste 13,the single prescription amount of 369 yuan.Conclusion:The main problem in prescription is the large amount of single dose,large number of drugs and more names of western medicine,strengthening the supervision and review of TCM pharmacists in clinical rational medication;formula granules are more expensive and easier to young.
