中药贴敷联合艾灸对痛风性关节炎患者肢体肿胀、OPG、XO水平的影响

Effects of herbal plaster and moxibustion on limb swelling,OPG and XO levels in patients with gouty arthritis

目的分析将中药敷贴联合艾灸在痛风性关节炎中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2021年2月本院收治的56例痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中药贴敷联合艾灸,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的GIS各项评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的肢体肿胀度、BUA、BU、Scr、XO水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的RF水平显著低于对照组,OPG、BGP、TGF-β、IGF-1水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药贴敷联合艾灸在减轻痛风性关节炎肢体肿胀方面的效果良好,并且可改善痛风相关症状,降低炎症反应对肾功能的影响,增强关节功能,提高骨代谢。

Objective To analyze the application effect of herbal plaster combined with moxibustion on gout arthritis.Methods A total of 56 patients with gouty arthritis admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given herbal plaster combined with moxibustion,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,GIS scores of both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,limb swelling degree,BUA,BU,Scr and XO levels decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,RF level of observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while OPG,BGP,TGF-βand IGF-1 levels were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Herbal plaster combined with moxibustion has a good effect on reducing limb swelling of gout arthritis.It can also ameliorate gout-related symptoms,reduce the effect of inflammatory reaction on renal function,enhance joint function and improve bone metabolism.
