五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果

Effect of modified Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia

目的探讨五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法将150例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘息、高热消失时间及住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平、咳嗽、咳痰及啰音积分均降低,FEV_(1)、FVC及FEV_(1)/FVC均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五虎汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果显著,可缩短患儿的临床症状消失时间及住院时间,改善其炎症因子水平、肺功能以及中医证候。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the disappearance time of cough,lung rale,wheezing,high fever and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels,the scores of cough,expectoration and rale in the two groups decreased,FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Wuhu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia has a significant effect,it can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospital stay,and improve the level of inflammatory factors,lung function and TCM syndromes of children.
