电针配合温针灸联合常规西药治疗急性期周围性面神经麻痹的临床效果

Clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with warm acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis

目的分析电针配合温针灸联合常规西药治疗急性期周围性面神经麻痹的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的100例急性期周围性面神经麻痹患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为西药组(30例)、西药+电针组(33例)和西药+电针+温针组(37例)。比较三组的治疗效果。结果西药+电针+温针组的治疗总有效率明显高于西药+电针组和西药组,且西药+电针组明显高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组的FDIP评分、Portmann简易评分均升高,FDIS评分、症状体征评分均降低,H-B分级均改善,且西药+电针+温针组明显优于西药+电针组和西药组,西药+电针组明显优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论电针配合温针灸联合常规西药治疗急性期周围性面神经麻痹的临床效果显著,可改善患者的面神经功能、面部残疾及症状体征,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with warm acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into western medicine group(30 cases),western medicine+electroacupuncture group(33 cases)and western medicine+electroacupuncture+warm acupuncture group(37 cases).The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the western medicine+electroacupuncture+warm acupuncture group were significantly higher than that of the western medicine+electroacupuncture group and the western medicine group,and that of the western medicine+electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FDIP score and Portmann simple score of the three groups increased,the FDIS score and symptom and sign score decreased,and the H-B rating improved,and those of the western medicine+electroacupuncture+warm acupuncture group were significantly better than the western medicine+electroacupuncture group and the western medicine group,and those of the western medicine+electroacupuncture group were significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with warm acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the facial nerve function,facial disability,symptoms and signs of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
