基于重要表现程度分析法的延续护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of continuous nursing based on important performance analysis in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨基于重要表现程度分析法的延续护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年8月我院心内科收治的96例冠心病患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,各48例。两组患者均给予常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上实施基于重要表现程度分析法的延续护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的疾病认知水平均升高,且干预组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组的遵医行为优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的LVEF、LVEDD、NT-proBNP水平均较干预前显著改善,且干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于重要表现程度分析法的延续护理应用于冠心病患者中,可显著提高患者的疾病认知水平和遵医行为,改善康复效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on important performance analysis in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease treated in the cardiovascular medicine department of our hospital from March 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group and intervention group using random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing.On this basis,the intervention group implemented continuous nursing based on important performance analysis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the disease cognition level of the two groups increased,and that of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance behavior in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the LVEF,LVEDD and NT-proBNP level in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and those in the intervention group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on importance performance analysis applied in patients with coronary heart disease can significantly increase the disease cognition level and compliance behavior of patients,and improve the rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
