围术期护理干预在下肢深静脉血栓介入溶栓治疗中的应用效果

Effect of perioperative nursing intervention in interventional thrombolysis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

目的分析围术期护理干预在下肢深静脉血栓介入溶栓治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的90例行介入溶栓治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者作为研究对象,根据奇偶分配原则分为对照组(45例,常规护理)和试验组(45例,围术期护理干预)。比较两组的护理效果。结果试验组的溶栓效果Ⅰ级率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的28.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的生活质量各项评分和舒适度评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预在下肢深静脉血栓介入溶栓治疗中的应用效果显著,能够提高溶栓效果,降低并发症发生风险,保证治疗的安全性,对于提高患者生活质量和舒适度具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in interventional thrombolysis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities who underwent interventional thrombolysis in our hospital as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(45 cases,routine nursing)and experimental group(45 cases,perioperative nursing intervention)according to the principle of odd-even allocation.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The gradeⅠrate of thrombolytic effect in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 28.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and comfort in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention has a significant effect in the interventional thrombolysis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,it can improve the thrombolysis effect,reduce the risk of complications,ensure the safety of treatment,and has positive significance for improving the quality of life and comfort of patients.
