摘要
目的:测定产自内蒙古地区的16批多叶棘豆蒙药材中总黄酮的含量。方法:建立了以芦丁为对照品,三氯化铝显色后测定吸光度,计算总黄酮含量的方法。采用单因素实验优选提取条件。结果:取药材粉末0.5 g,以25 mL 50%甲醇溶液作为提取溶剂,超声提取30 min为多叶棘豆最佳提取条件。在此条件下,测得16批多叶棘豆总黄酮的含量为8.60~36.01 mg/g。结论:本实验所建立的方法稳定可靠,可为多叶棘豆的后续研究奠定良好的基础。
Objective:To determine the content of total flavonoids in 16 batches of Oxytropis myriophylla from different regions in Inner Mongolia.Methods:A method was established to determine the absorbance and calculate the content of total flavonoids after the color development of aluminum chloride with rutin as the reference substance.The extraction conditions were optimized by single factor experiment.Results:0.5 g of the sample was taken,and extracted with 25 mL of 50%methanol solution as the extraction solvent and ultrasonically extracted for 30 min,which was the best extraction condition of Oxytropis myriophylla.Under this extraction condition,the content of total flavonoids in 16 batches of Oxytropis myriophylla was determined to be 8.60~36.01 mg/g.Conclusion:The method established in this experiment is stable and reliable,which can lay a good foundation for the follow-up study of Oxytropis myriophylla.
