摘要
教师教育惩戒权在实践中的弱化严重制约了教师教育权的落实,降低了教育教学的质量,影响了学生的身心健康发展。研究发现:教师教育惩戒权的削弱既与缺乏可操作化的教师教育惩戒权落实措施有关,也与教师教育教学知识和能力不足相关,还与不当的媒体宣传形成的对教师形象的错误舆论氛围相联。教师教育惩戒权建构的关键是细化教师教育惩戒规则,基础是提升教师的教育素养,保障是创造良好的媒体运行机制以创设正向的舆论氛围。
The weakening of teachers′educational punishment power in practice seriously restricts the implementation of teachers′educational right,reduces the quality of education and teaching,and affects the healthy development of students′body and mind.The weakening of the power of teachers′educational punishment is related to the lack of not only operational measures to implement the power of teachers′educational punishment,but also teaching knowledge and ability of teachers′education,as well as the wrong public opinion atmosphere on teachers′image formed by improper media publicity.The key to the construction of teachers′educational punishment power is to refine the rules of teachers′educational punishment.The basis is to improve teachers′educational quality,and the guarantee is to create a good media operation mechanism to create a positive atmosphere of public opinion.
