CAE优化驱动的某型号起落架结构设计方法研究

摘要 为解决起落架结构设计存在设计周期长、结果不合理的问题。提出一种CAE优化驱动的结构设计方法。首先,运用拓扑优化技术寻找最优传力路径,抽象出概念模型;其次,参数化概念模型危险截面几何尺寸,进行灵敏度分析,筛选对优化目标影响较大的变量,运用尺寸优化方法,寻找出变量最优值;最后,以此为基础进行模型重构,完成详细结构设计。将方法应用于某型号发射车起落架的结构设计,提高了设计效率和性能。经力学分析验证,新设计结构质量减少10.4%,最大应力降低23.6%,同时结构在稳定性、安全性等方面均有一定程度的提升。验证了方法在起落架结构设计的可行性,为同类结构设计提供一种新思路。 In order to solve the problems of long design cycle and unreasonable result in landing gear structure design. ACAE optimization driven structural design method is proposed. Firstly,the topological optimization technique is used to find the optimal force transfer path,and the conceptual model is abstracted. Secondly,the geometrical dimensions of the dangerous section of the parametric conceptual model are analyzed for sensitivity,and the variables that have a great influence on the optimization objective are screened. The optimal value of the variables is found by using the size optimization method. Finally,based on this,the model is reconstructed to complete the detailed structural design. The method is applied to the structural design of the landing gear of a certain type of launcher,which improves the design efficiency and performance. The results of mechanical analysis show that the mass of the newly designed structure is reduced by 10.4%,the maximum stress is reduced by 23.6%,and the stability and safety of the structure are improved to a certain extent. The feasibility of this method in landing gear structure design is verified,which provides a new idea for similar structure design.
