摘要
为快速响应竞争日趋激烈的市场需求,提出面向起重机起升机构CAD/CAE设计的知识重用方法。结合起重机设计特点,研究了知识重用相关理论,知识的特点、分类及表示方法。研究了基于规则推理(RBR)和基于实例推理(CBR)的混合推理的知识重用技术,包括知识库、规则库、实例库的建立方法,模块实例的检索、修改方法等。分析了起重机起升机构参数化CAD/CAE设计的知识重用的实现过程,以起升机构组成模块CAD/CAE设计实例进行说明。面向起重机起升机构CAD/CAE设计的知识重用方法,为起重机等机械产品系列开发提供方法依据。
In order to quickly respond to the increasingly fierce market demand,a knowledge reuse method for crane hoisting mechanism CAD/CAE design is proposed.Combining with the characteristics of crane design,the related theory of knowledge reuse,the characteristics,classification and representation of knowledge are studied. The knowledge reuse technology of hybrid reasoning based on rule reasoning(RBR)and case-based reasoning(CBR)is studied,including the establishment of knowledge base,rule base and case base,the retrieval and modification of module cases,etc. The realization process of knowledge reuse in parameterized CAD/CAE design of crane hoisting mechanism is analyzed,and the design example of hoisting mechanism component module CAD/CAE is illustrated. The Knowledge reuse method for crane hoisting mechanism CAD/CAE design provides method basis for crane and other mechanical product series development.
