基于快速ICA的复杂路径下滚棒轴承外圈划伤故障特征提取 被引量:3

摘要 针对航空发动机复杂路径下轴承故障难识别的问题,提出了基于快速独立分量分析的盲源分离理论与包络谱分析方法相结合的轴承故障诊断方法。为了模拟故障轴承振动信号的复杂传递路径,设计并加工了花键衬套连接方式、双层轴承结构的多层复杂传递路径轴承故障膜拟实验台。在该实验台上开展了多工况下的滚棒轴承典型故障实验,应用本文提出的轴承故障诊断方法对轴承外圈划伤故障进行了深入分析处理,并将其与传统频谱分析及包络谱分析结果相比较。分析结果表明:盲源分离包络谱分析方法对复杂路径下滚棒轴承外圈故障诊断十分有效,诊断效果明显优于传统轴承故障诊断分析方法。 Based on pulse under complicated path of aviation engine fault is difficult to identify the problems is proposed based on fast ICA(independent Component Analysis)theory of blind source separation 9 and envelope spectrum analysis method and combination of bearing fault diagnosis methods,designs the multilayer complex flow path bearing fault simulation test bench,carried out under the condition of complex flow path more rolled rod bearing typical failure experiments,application of blind source separation envelope spectrum analysis of the outer ring cut failure data carried on the thorough analysis.It is compared with traditional spectrum analysis and envelope spectrum analysis.Comprehensive analysis shows that blind source separation envelope spectrum is very effective in fault diagnosis cf outer ring of roller bearing.
